It is quite nice to see a gringo so excepted as a true artist in the reggae community. Snow tried it, with a little success (Don't act like you didn't rock out to "Informer" when you were young), but was quickly viewd as a joke by the majority. (Except for in Canada where he released many hit albums)
I first heard Collie Buddz when his hit track "Come Around" was catching big fame on the radio and various media outlets a few years back. His island dialect made it impossible to recognize he was of the chalky persuasion and the fact that this boy could not only toast / rap, but could also sing amazingly as well. I started to seek out other songs of his and quickly came to find that this dude has a gift for putting out the hits. I have uploaded a few of my favorites for you.
