This week we celebrate the birth of my dear friend and legendary DJ/Producer, Paul Johnson. For most, this name needs no explaining, but for those who do, where do I begin... Paul is one of thee biggest names in the iconic Chicago House music scene of the 90s. He is the first name mentioned in Daft Punk's "Teachers" track! Ok?! Nuff said!!
To celebrate this man's life I am sharing with you my favorite mix made by him... "I Need Another Plan." Oh, the countless days my friends and I spent doing the raver hop on my best gal's porch on 79th & Maplewood blasting this!! We were a spectacle.
